In our standard platter that would serve 2 to 4 people would include, a whole lobster in2 halves. 6 oysters, 8 crevettes (cooked) 1 tub of our pate (either crab or mackerel) , 1 tub of cockles in vinegar, 1 piece of hot smoked fish (either salmon / mackerel depending on the stock)
